When will my order ship?
As soon as your order comes through, we’re on it. It takes up to 48 hours to prepare your order for shipping, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.
If we need any clarification — like missing personalization details or an incomplete address — we’ll reach out right away to keep things moving smoothly.
When will I receive my order?
We’re happy to offer expedited domestic shipping — most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If you’re in a remote area or ordering internationally, delivery may take a little longer due to local customs or courier timelines.

Do you ship to PO / APO / FPO boxes?
Orders going to local PO boxes and APO / FPO boxes ship via USPS for 4-7 day delivery for the former and 10-15 day delivery for the latter. International PO box orders ship via USPS and may take 2-4 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination location because private carriers do not ship to PO boxes internationally.
I'm shopping from outside the US. Will I need to pay customs fees?
Some international orders may come with additional customs or import fees — and while those charges are set by your country’s regulations, we know they’re never the fun part. We’re so grateful you’re choosing to shop with us, and we recommend checking your local import policies before ordering to avoid surprises at delivery.
Can I return/exchange my purchase?
Yes — if your item is not personalized, unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Just email us at care@getparticular.com to confirm your return before sending it back. Should the product be sent after 7 days, only a store credit may be issued, completely at the discretion of Particular.
Can I return/exchange a personalized product?
Personalized pieces are made just for you, which means they’re final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I ship a return/exchange?
We recommend using a tracked and insured service to return your item, as we’re not able to refund lost or damaged packages. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your item in new condition, we’ll issue a full refund (minus shipping fees) to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days.
What if my item arrived damaged?
We’re so sorry to hear that. Please email us at care@getparticular.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll take care of it right away.
